Rachel leads the University's Human Resources team which supports the 2000+ staff across the institution with timely, expert advice on all employment matters. She is responsible for delivery of the University's People Strategy which has a strong focus on staff health and wellbeing and is underpinned by a commitment to promoting equality, valuing diversity and fostering a culture of inclusion.
