conveyancing practice with responsibility for designing and bringing to market new tech focussed products, and Head of Innovation at the QualitySolicitors Group, which represented over 200 law firms across the country. She is a regular contributor to several industry and Government working groups, and has written a book for the Law Society which looks at redesigning processes by looking through the ‘Client Lens’ and considering the customer experience when delivering conveyancing services.

However, Sally is also a start-up co-founder. In 2018 she founded Teal Legal, a PropTech R&D business. Her experience from both side of the start-up / traditional world of property gives her a unique insight, understanding the challenges of running a start-up. She remains excited and optimistic about the opportunities for technology to enhance the world of property, and how collaboration across the sector can make a real and positive impact.
